Meet Alexander

Alexander’s love of the cold is unrivalled. He’s spent over a decade mastering the cold, and weaves his passion for winter with his gifts as a therapist, fitness professional, coach and movement specialist.

Alexander proves that enthusiasm is infectious, whilst his compassionate and non dogmatic approach invites deep connection with your own inner guide, and the wisdom of your body. He’s got your back, and he’ll help you find that place within yourself that insures that you’re looking after you too.

Through dedication to his craft & passion he has studied extensively and with the most renowned teachers in coaching, meditation, movement, injury treatment, Chinese medicine & resiliency. His work is infused with an expanse of wisdom from the teachings of Taoism to that of modern western science.
